Position Overview:

The Sr. Manager/Manager Marketing Automation & Analytics will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of our marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Ringlead, GA4, 6Sense, Drift, Reachdesk, Bizible, Tableau. Falcon AI implementation may be pending. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, and data visualization/analysis. They will be adept at designing, developing, and deploying marketing cadences for lifecycle management. They will have understanding of Account-Based strategic motions to support enterprise-grade GTM approach and the ability to design reporting frameworks aligned to these marketing strategies and initiatives. They will be adept at designing, developing, and deploying marketing cadences for lifecycle management that will support a strategic account-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Management:

● Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for:

○ Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, Campaign Performance and Marketing Attribution Reporting/Dashboarding, Tableau Data Visualization.

○ TBD: Falcon AI

● Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize marketing objectives and initiatives.

● Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Technology Expertise: Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Ringlead, GA4, 6Sense, Drift,

Reachdesk, Bizible, Tableau, Falcon AI (pending). To start this role will have the support of a full-time analyst with a Marketo primary skill set and access to Marketo Champion consultant hours if needed.

Technology Details:

Salesforce: Primary Marketing owner of SFDC. Responsibilities to include build out, optimization and maintenance of all marketing reports and dashboards to report on marketing sourced/influenced pipeline, campaign performance and program ROI. Collaborate with Sales Operations team to align marketing processes to overall Revenue team processes. Primary owner of SFDC campaign object, provide analysis and recommendations from all marketing reports and dashboards. Create campaign performance reports for campaign and digital demand leaders to give insights for program optimizations.

SFDC Ringlead: Act as primary owner of all lead routing and all lead-to-account matching processes.

Tableau: Work with the BI team to build out, optimize and maintain marketing performance reports in Tableau.

Marketo: Act as primary owner of Marketo platform and building, optimizing integrations and workflows with the marketing tech stack. Lead one Marketo analyst resource (employee based in India) and collaborate and assign projects to Marketo Champion level contractor (part-time resource based in India). Act as primary owner of all lead routing and all lead-to-account matching processes.

Bizible: Bring deep understanding of marketing attribution models and strategies for ABM-centric GTM motions. Work with primary (contractor resource) Bizible owner to guide strategy and optimization within Bizible.

Outreach: Support SDR Leader with operational integrations of Outreach to the rest of the martech stack

Tableau: Work with the BI team to build out, optimize and maintain marketing performance reports in Tableau. Capable of hands-on work in tableau with collaboration and support from the BI team.

GA4 (secondary owner/operational support): Collaborate with Digital Demand team and SEO / SEM agency to ensure that all needed bi-directional activity is flowing properly to Marketo, SFDC and 6Sense.

6Sense: Work with 6sense primary owner to ensure all operational flows and tech stack integrations are properly built, maintained and optimized.

Reachdesk: Work with Reachdesk primary owner to ensure all operational flows and tech stack integrations are properly built, maintained and optimized.

Drift: Work with Drift primary owner and agency to ensure all operational flows and tech stack integrations are properly built, maintained and optimized.

Falkon AI (TBD): Support with Revenue Marketing leaders and CMO on potential Falkon AI or similar tool buildout and implementation. Once live act as primary owner of this platform.

Operational Execution:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, and Falcon AI.

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of marketing data across platforms.

• Manage the integration and synchronization of data between systems to support seamless marketing workflows. Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Management:

• Design, develop, and deploy marketing cadences for lifecycle management.

• Implement automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.

• Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing automation processes.

Data Visualization and Analysis:

• Analyze marketing data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.

• Utilize Falcon AI for advanced data analysis and visualization to support decision-making.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and CRM.

• Implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance marketing operations.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Operations Management and Team Management skills
  • Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance optimization
  • Customer Service skills for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CTC 12 lakh to 14 lakh per annum
