Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in user interface design and user experience design. They will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional digital products.

Responsibilities

1. Design and Development:

– Create intuitive, user-centred designs for web and mobile applications.

– Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.

– Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

2. User Research:

– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

– Analyse user feedback and behaviour to continuously improve the user experience.

3. Visual Design:

– Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

– Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across all digital platforms.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

– Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.

– Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

5. Continuous Improvement:

– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

– Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
