Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
– Develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MEARN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React, Node.js) stack.
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
2. API Integration:
– Create and maintain server-side logic and integrate with front-end components.
– Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
– Implement data security and protection protocols.
3. Optimization and Maintenance:
– Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.
– Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
– Maintain code integrity and organization.
4. Collaboration and Documentation:
– Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
– Write and maintain technical documentation.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
– Proven experience as a MEARN Stack Developer or similar role.
– Strong proficiency with JavaScript and its frameworks, especially Angular, React, and Node.js.
– Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
– Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API integrations.
– Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
– Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
2. Soft Skills:

– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Eagerness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
– 4+ years experience as a MERN/MEAN Stack Developer or similar role.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
– Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
– Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
